The Spuckler Brood are limited time premium Non Playable Characters. The characters are unlocked after buying Brandine Spuckler for 100 Donuts and finishing off her quest line. They are unlocked upon the completion of Brandine Spuckler’s 90 day task “Birth Another Spuckler”.
To receive all 3 you must complete the ”Birth Another Spuckler” 3 times, so a total of 270 days for all 3.
The Spuckler Brood earn money by pick pocketing the other characters, and as such have no quests.

I think it is a cute idea. I know I will still be playing 270 days from now haha. At the least the Spuckler kids give you money and are a new additon to the town. They are also better than Candy Cane Kevin who is non playable and generates no money. Bravo creators &writers of tapped out !

How do you unlock these characters?
By buying brandine for 100 donuts, completing her quest line, then a 90 day task for each one, just like the posts says

90 days PER is an awful lot to ask from short attention spans..lol but if only 30 donuts to expedite each, then might b worth it
