EA customer support deal with every problem that you could have with the game. Things like missing items, lost characters and disappearing doughnuts and everything in between! But how do you get that help and what’s the best way to contact them?

This is the general help page. It’s filled with the solutions of the most common problems that players will at one point or another, come up against. Things like problems updating and missing Springfield’s.
But, if your problem is not covered here, you’ll need to contact an EA game advisor. Once here, follow the on screen instructions and you’ll start getting the answers you want in no time!
