Easter has arrived back in Springfield and it appears that the only new items is the one pictured above, at a cost of 100 doughnuts it gives a 3% bonus and you only have 5 days to decide if you want it or not. It’s also worth noting that many of last years prizes are now available for cash while some are for doughnuts. The premium ones seem reasonably well priced at least.
Side note, there will be some free sprinkles coming your way this Sunday….

Easter is officially over now that an App store update has been released. No new content has been added. The update description is a little odd so I thought I’d put it down below and get your thoughts on it.
The bunnies have gone the way of the snakes and fled Springfield. All that’s left are piles of spoiled eggs, heaps of burnt hair and a ton of droppings – Springfield may never smell the same again but at least those pests are gone!

This is your final warning! The Easter event is scheduled to end in just over 12 hours time as it doesn’t look like we’re going to get an extension this time around!
If however, you haven’t got everything you want after the event ends, there is one thing you can do to make it last that tiny bit longer.Tomorrows update is almost certainly going to be an App Store update so that means as long as you don’t automatically update your apps and wait to update it manually you should be safe for a short period of time. Remember though, after a while EA will force you to update the app to the latest version available. There’s no telling how long you’ll have if you do this and if you try visit friends you more then likely won’t be allowed because you’ll have different version of the app. Once you update the app, you’ll be able to visit them again though!

I’ve just checked the in-game timer for the event and there’s only just about 1 day and 13 hours or so left! So, it’s not long now until this event is over!!
On a side note, has anyone else been really lucky with baskets today? I’ve earned 4 already today!

After a small game update today, gold eggs are now available to buy from the store! But before you go rushing off to buy them here’s something you should know, they are a PREMIUM purchase! The cost isn’t too bad, I think it’s about the same as buying the blue or pink eggs from the store. But, for ease of reference, here’s the cost breakdown;

Hint: Only one comes with a complimentary jail sentence.
